When using the Ironclad app, we collect and store personal user information and records of your transaction's both incoming and outgoing and details of your current balance and daily profits or losses. We also store app settings which can be modified from within the app.
When replaying to inquiries, we may keep a record of communications and contact information to answer inquiries.
When running the application, we do not collect any information about you or your iPhone or your data usage.
We don’t sell or license any information to any third parties.
We may retain the information gathered, for example when contacting us via Customer Support, for as long as needed to provide Services (e.g. help fix your issue). We don’t retain any personally identifiable information from our customers and users, with the only exception of the personal information you disclose via e-mail or customer support contacts. You can ask us at any time to delete any trace of our e-mail or customer support interactions by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org
